McGarry's Pub is looking for another Culinary Leader to help lead the kitchen!
This position is a management position where you will be responsible for the following :
- Line Checks before service
- Manage kitchen through PM service
- Making sure proper counts are set prior to dinner service
- Expo line through dinner
- Ensure all food coming to the pass is of proper quality and execution
- Manage the close at the end of the night to ensure all closing tasks are done properly
- Writing prep list for the next day
- Ensure all proper meats have been put in for the next day
