Historic Minneapolis pub is sitting strong after this last year, and is ready to have some fun! Work with a small staff of 4 cooks who are extremely stable some have been with us for over 17 years. They show up early and work hard, which is a real luxury in this environment. It’s a drama free kitchen!

We plan to refocus our food offerings this year including more low and slow proteins, with the plan of eventually build an out door smoker.

Any front of the house experience is a plus, as we all help each other out. Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, maintenance, ongoing training and development, and of course cooking.

Saturday and Sunday availability is required. It is typically a 40 hour work week. Please send a resume and current availability.
