Kitchen Manager

Exciting entertainment concept in Maple Grove has Kitchen Manager opening. The position oversees the prep for catering and the restaurant menu, manages the workflow of a small staff of line cooks, maintains consistency throughout the entire menu, and assists in inventory with the GM. Must have a few years of experience in a similar environment. Must have a reliable vehicle. Either a 10am-6pm or 11am-7:00pm Tuesday-Saturday schedule would be ideal, but can be adjusted with an ideal candidate. We are based on many various weekday events so schedules can vary daily.
