Rosalia - Floor Manager

Seeking a front of the house manager to join our team at Rosalia. We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated leader that is self-motivated, has a strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency & a commitment to quality service.

This position is a hands-on leadership role that includes overseeing and running all day-to-day operations including staffing, training, scheduling, orders, guest relations, team building, and creating a positive work environment. As a Floor Manager you will work closely with the General Manager to create and develop an outstanding service program and assists in managing all front of house operations on a daily basis.

Experience coaching and developing FOH staff.

A passion for hospitality and can provide exceptional service to guest and employees.

Experience resolving conflicts rapidly with professionalism and fairness.

Experience with scheduling, ordering & inventory.

Strong food, wine and spirits knowledge.

Knowledge of cash handling and ability to troubleshoot using Excel to find mathematical errors with ease.

Must have schedule flexibility, weekend and some Holiday availability, be able work on your feet for long periods of time, be able to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Restaurant POS Systems, reservation systems
