DDP Restaurant Group is seeking FOH staff who will continually promote a culture that embraces DDP Restaurant Groups Trinity. We are looking for Servers, Bartenders, Food Runners and Hosts to join our amazing talented team at Rosalia.

The ideal candidates will have the following:

Experience in the service industry

Passion for food, wine, hospitality and the restaurant industry

Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment is crucial

Knowledge of POS systems

Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills

Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds of weight

Have stellar people skills and understand what it means to provide excellent service

Be able to thrive in a team environment

Job Duties:

Communicate with guests and coworkers in a professional, clear, precise and efficient manner

Understand all aspects of service and remain efficient at all times

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on the floor at all times

Provide a high level of service to guests, and co-workers

Understand all aspects of service and be a role model/leader for other members of the team

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: Up to $15.57 per hour + tips
