Seeking Store Manager FT @ Rose Street Patisserie, St. Paul

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Store Manager with

strong leadership skills and the capability of managing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service.

This role requires availability on weekends; both Saturday and Sunday, and the ability to handle various tasks, including scheduling, hiring, cash handling, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the store, reporting directly to the General Manager and Owners.

Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

Handle scheduling for the store, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and weekends.

Conduct hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.

Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling procedures and securing deposits.

Develop an in-depth understanding of products and procedures to address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries effectively.

Communicate effectively with other branches of the company to address operational needs or concerns.

Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.

Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in cash handling procedures.

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Barista or bar experience is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of allergen concerns and special ordering processes is a plus.
