Office Manager, Grace Lutheran Church, Clearwater
Grace Lutheran Church, Clearwater FL is looking for an Office Manager. Duties include providing the Pastor as well as other clergy, staff, and Church members with organizational and administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as a minimum of 5 years of office management experience is required. Experience with Publisher is helpful. Familiarity with the Lutheran Church, its worship and governance is preferred. This position is part-time, 20 hours/week.

Job Responsibilities:
Handling letters, phone messages, email, postal mail, etc.
Print and coordinate bulletins for multiple services.
Sort thru & Record Communion Tickets/Prayer requests/Membership status.
Provide up dated info for monthly newsletter maintain calendars for the month.
Maintain office supplies, etc.
Update Membership contact info - Shepherds Staff, Tickler File.
Update Member files, Directory & Traditional Church records as needed.
Hourly Rate- $17.00/ Hour - weekly pay
Normal work week- 5 days- 4hours per day- (9AM – 1 PM)
Hours worked beyond 20 – at straight time rate- up to 40 hours
1 week vacation pay - (20 Hours- after 6 months employment)
Holidays- Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Monday after Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Day after,
