Looking for a full-time or part-time Office manager.
There are no employees to manage working alone at the office most days.
Day to day duties shall be, Bill Pay, Expense allocation, Payroll, Receptionist, appointment booking, maintaining office supplies and organization.
This job is for a small, well-established construction company located in St Petersburg, near South Pasadena area.
We are looking for a long term employee that enjoys a low-stress environment with little distractions.
5 days paid personal days earned every 4 months.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online Version, Excell, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows Office.
