Pre-owned automobile and boat dealership looking for a part-time office manager/bookeeper to assist in organization and oversight of general office duties. Must be motivated, energetic, punctual, highly-organized, and be able to multi-task.
Looking for 2-3 days per week to start.
Responsibilities
>Manage daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures and invoices.
>Manage inventory control of cars and boats in Dealer Management Software
>Assist in communicating with vendors
>Accurately input all bills and charges to units in inventory
>Answering incoming phone calls
>Support owner in scheduling and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities
>Organize after sale customer documents
>Reconcile A/Rs and A/Ps on a weekly basis
>Send and respond to e-mails
Qualifications
>Experience with administrative and clerical work
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Outlook
>Strong communication skills
>Strong ability to multitask
>Friendly and upbeat demeanor
>Quickbooks experience a plus
>Bi-lingual a plus
>Previous auto experience a plus.
