On-Site Apartment Manager

Privately-owned multifamily complex and are looking for a motivated on-site rental manager.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in rental property management, strongly desired. On-the-job training will be provided for strong candidates.

- Knowledge of WA state landlord and tenant laws and regulations.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

- Must be able to perform light physical duties, which include lifting 30lbs and traversing three flights of stairs.

- Willingness to learn and strong sense of accountability.

Job Responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):

- Rent Collection, Issuance of notices.

- Engagement with tenants, such as filing repair orders and creating monthly newsletters.

- Enforcement of property rules and regulations.

- Maintaining a clean rental office and common grounds.

- Light cleaning of vacant units.

- Regular inspection of property grounds.
