The Maintenance Manager (MM) leads a team maintenance technicians and assists with and oversees the company maintenance needs. The MM’s objective is leading their team in meeting or exceeding the resident and client expectations.
The MM’s responsibilities include the ongoing maintenance tech management, assistance, and training. They will also assist them with large issues and/or projects needing the MM’s attention to insure resident satisfaction and company expectation, therefore, project management experience is strongly desired.
Proven and excellent communications skills are absolutely essential. This is a challenging and rewarding position looking to be filled by a seasoned, grounded, and dedicated professional.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar leadership role and technically proficient, preferably within Residential Property Management. Management experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction will also be considered. Team management / supervision experience required.
High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. Industry certification or designation (CAMT, NAHMS, NAHMT), preferred.
Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets Redside’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Are required to provide and maintain own tools.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, etc.).

Experience: Minimum 4 year(s): Apartment/Facilities Maintenance Management Experience.
