Customer Service Associate

Ballard Mailbox is an established local business providing rental mailboxes to its customer since 1981. We are the neighborhood’s go to store for shipping needs, mailbox rental, packaging, passport photos, faxing, copying and notary service.

We are looking for a responsible, friendly staff who can work 18 - 30 hours per week.

It’s like an office job, majority time is spent on computer to help customers with shipping.

Responsibilities (Can be taught):

Mailbox renting and generating shipping labels (DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS) using software.

Helping customers to pack their packages.

Sorting customer emails and checking the packages for mailbox holders.

Printing, Copying, Scanning, Faxing, Passport photos, and Notary service.

General administrative tasks including rental follow ups and reporting.

General housekeeping (vacuuming, cleaning, etc.).

Skills:

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer skills.
