Role Overview – Slab Handler & Warehouse Associate (Seattle, WA):
What You'll Do:
- Move Stone Slabs: You'll pull slabs from the warehouse based on the orders we have.
- Use a Forklift: You need to be comfortable using a forklift to move these slabs around.
- Load Customers’ Vehicles: Help load slabs onto customers' trucks or cars and make sure they're secure.
- Unload Containers: Use a forklift to unload slab bundles from containers.
- Keep Things Organized: Arrange the slabs in the warehouse so they're easy to find and access.
- Keep it Clean and Safe: Help keep the warehouse clean and safe for everyone.
- Other Tasks: Sometimes we might need you to do other jobs to help out.
GREAT TO HAVE:
- Experience driving and delivering stone slabs.
What You Need:
Experience with Forklifts: You should know how to operate a forklift.
- Attention to Detail: It’s important to be careful and pay attention to what you’re doing.
- Safety First: Always focus on safety, especially when moving heavy slabs.
- Team Player: Be ready to work with others and sometimes do different kinds of work.
