Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician needed immediately at Nobl Park Apartments, a 144 unit apartment community located at 6001 NE 102nd Ave Vancouver, WA 98662. The ideal candidate will have had previous apartment maintenance experience that includes turnovers, painting, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool/spa maintenance.

We prefer a candidate who can live on site but would consider a candidate who lives off site but within a short driving distance to the property to allow for a quick response to any after hours maintenance emergencies. This duty is shared with another maintenance technician every other week.

We offer an hourly rate of $25/hr, depending upon experience OR a competitive salary plus a 2 bedroom apartment with utilities paid. We also offer fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits after 60 days plus paid holidays and vacation.
