Tech Position Available in Columbus, OH!

Position: Experienced Tech/ Handyman/ Maintenace Tech

Location: Columbus, OH

Qualifications:

- Must have your own truck and tools.

- Willingness to travel within a 30–50-mile radius of Columbus, OH .

- General "make-ready" and handyman experience is necessary.

- Maintence on occupied and non-occupied residential homes.

- Ability to price and quote jobs.

- Ability to upload before and after pictures on our company app.

- Ability to provide bids and estimates

- Specialty tradesmen are also encouraged to apply.

- Lead technician and crew management experience is a plus.

- Maintenance experience is a plus in apartments we encourage to apply.

- Property management experience is a plus.

Requirements:

- Completion of onboarding paperwork, including a light background check.

- Excellent communication skills to provide estimates and quotes.

- Licenses and certificates ( not required but a plus if available)
