Maintenance Technician

We are hiring in-house maintenance service technicians.

This is an hourly, full-time role. A valid driver's license is required.

The maintenance technician role provides services to various locations across Columbus and the surrounding area. Projects range from minor repairs to total renovations. The service tech will report to the shop, gather materials, review service orders, and use a company-provided vehicle to provide repairs at various customer locations. Individuals with a diverse home repair background and mechanical aptitude are a great fit. Tasks vary day to day, and you may work independently or with a team. 830 am start time, varied end time. The schedule is M-F with overtime required as needed.

Successful technicians must be able to navigate various maintenance issues at residential sites, work on interior and exterior repairs, and interact with tenants. Ability to work independently and with others needed.
