Bread Baker - Full Time - Afternoon/Evening

Loaf Bakery is looking for a motivated professional baker for afternoon/evening baking shifts Monday - Friday.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Mixing large batch size bread doughs

Hand mixing preferments

Scaling, shaping and baking sourdough boules, bread rolls and pan loaves

Ingredient preparation for breads and savory items

Sheeting and cutting pastry doughs

One year of bread experience is required.

Pay is dependent upon experience, but begins at $17/hr. Tip share in addition to base pay rate.
