Night Time Dishwasher

Ole Time Barbecue is currently seeking to hire someone to fill a night time dishwasher position, the position is full time, and is for 6 nights a week, Monday through Saturday, Sundays off. The job consists of keeping all areas you are responsible for clean at all times, this includes the dish pit, stock room, alley way and parking lot, putting away trucks as they come in biweekly mostly, and taking trash out, some other duties include, loading the pit nightly with butts to be cooked over night and chopped the next morning, keeping the grill clean, and keeping up the dishes being used in the store so the plate, kitchen, and floor area, do not run out of clean service pieces. Maintaining equipment, so it breaks down less often, by keeping it clean, or doing light maintenance work. We are a family owned restaurant and are looking for someone who would like to join our family and be a part of the community we live and work in.
