Maintenance Technician

This position requires an ambitious, reliable individual to assist in maintaining several properties throughout the Capital District. A general knowledge in construction is preferred. You will be part of a staff of talented professionals tasked with performing various maintenance and repair duties in Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady Counties. Full time position. Paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance and transportation to worksite are provided. Duties may include but are not limited to:
