HIRING - KITCHEN PREP - Agra Lunch Program

We are excited to look for new team members to add to our Agra School Lunch Program!

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Cook, prepare, and package a variety of food products include meats, vegetables, fruits, sauces, sandwiches, and other food products using a variety of utensils/equipment

HOURS OF ROLE

Monday through Friday - 5 AM to 1 PM

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Refer to daily prep list to prepare meals (and sides) for over 1200 kids daily

Assist with the preparation of meals for each day this includes cleaning & chopping vegetables and fruits as well as blending ingredients

Assist with portioning food products prior to and after cooking according to portion size and recipe specifications

Assist with packaging the food pans from the oven/cooler into the hot bags and then label accordingly to each school/childcare

Assist with getting the hot bags in correct delivery pick-up location as well as carrying hot bags up the stairs and into delivery van must be able to lift 80-100 LB up and down stairs

Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area includes dishware, tables, shelves, grills, ovens, flat top ranges and chopping equipment

Ability to delivery lunches to locations as needed is a bonus! (Valid driver's license is needed)
