Assistant Kitchen MGR

Urban Growler Brewing Co. is seeking Assistant Kitchen MGR. Check out our website to get a sense of our menus. Catering/Banquet experience a must. We are closed on Mondays with the exception of occasional Monday catered events.

Must be a manager of people, an excellent line-cook, a good human, understand the power of community. Must be great at training and holding all kitchen staff accountable for food safety, kitchen cleanliness. Must be willing to make a commitment. Not looking for job hoppers. Computer skills required. Must have experience doing US Foods orders. Systems management, inventory, food ordering, scheduling, cleaning lists and follow up experience required. This full-time job will report to the KM/Chef. This is an hourly job that is included in the tip pool.

Total compensation including tips is $23-$30 per hour.
