Experienced Line Cook

NE Mpls restaurant is seeking experienced line cooks to join our team. Our menu has a strong focus on seasonal vegetables as well as steak, fish and chicken cooked over a wood burning grill.

The most qualified candidates have garde manger experience and are confident with meat and fish cookery. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years line cook experience, organizational skills, and strong work ethic. Candidates must also be able to provide their own set of kitchen knives and other cooking utensils (peelers, microplanes, spoons etc)

Above all we are looking for people who love food, take pride in cooking, have solid kitchen fundamentals and are dedicated to putting out delicious dishes.
