Food Truck Line Cook and Driver $30+/hr

We are only looking for the BEST of the BEST with the following skill set:

-excellent customer service skills

-extremely fast on a line

-responsible

-can drive a big truck

-team player

-pizza experience a plus

-fast learner

-previous management experience ( KM , assistant kitchen manager , sous chef ) is a plus but not required

-must have reliable transportation

We have a fleet of 5 trucks that we run hard out of an old fire house like the ghost busters. Inside our fire station we have built out a state of the art commissary kitchen that backs up our trucks. We consider ourselves bakers and entertainers. Our bread is leavened with a mother starter making it a true sour dough dough. We bake our bread inside of our trucks using a woodfired oven.

Work life balance is a huge priority to all of us here. Our small team treats each other like family. No one is better than anyone else in our family. What we do is EXTREMELY difficult and we hold ourselves to VERY high standards.

Our team members average yearly $30-40/hr wages after tips year round.
