A popular restaurant in Boston is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team of 10 people.

Minimum Requirements:

- Ability to effectively lead a team of 10 members

- Three (3) years of restaurant experience

- Excellent leadership and people management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Fluent in English
