Fine dining Italian restaurant in the Gold Coast seeking host or hostess, candidate will have previous restaurant experience and some knowledge of Italian food and wine. Duties will include greeting and seating all guests in friendly manner, answering phone taking reservations and to go orders, confirming all reservations, maintaining a clean and organized entrance, assisting servers and bussers as needed with small tasks.
