Toss'd Gourmet Salads is looking for an energetic Front Counter Associate to be an ambassador for our amazing brand.

The Front Associate is an energetic and enthusiastic ambassador for Toss'd and its chef-inspired dishes, assisting guests with menu selections.

Our ideal candidate is responsible for serving guests in a courteous and professional manner, proactively taking cues from guests’ demeanors to gauge their level of satisfaction and happiness in order to quickly address any potential issues that arise. Average Associate pay: $14 - $22/hr. + includes tips- based on experience and ability. We are a 1099

As a valued member of our team, you will receive:

Weekly Pay, upon completion of paid training.

1099 status; we do not take taxes from your compensation. You will receive full compensation for the hours and pay rate(40hrs worked × $20 hr = $800)
