Who We Are: We are a Houston-based national real estate education business which specializes in small apartments (2-100 unit properties).

We teach our wealth without landlording model to consumers. Our youngest graduate success story is ten years old (he had his father’s help).

Expectations: Zero real estate experience is required of you. You bring your inside sales experience. We’ll teach you our business. (If you’re interested in real estate investing for yourself, you’ll learn it from the inside).

We’ve been in business for over 15 years and recognized for growth by Inc Magazine three times.

This is not for someone aspiring to be in sales but rather an experienced Inside Sales professional who’s looking for a new and real-deal growth opportunity, along with the associated financial & personal rewards. You should have minimum five years of inside sales experience.

Compensation: Base salary + commission + $10K sign-on bonus. $70-$150K annual. There is no cap on your compensation; we consider compensation limits un-American.

All warm leads. No cold calling. You just insert your inside sales experience and our process.

Location: This is a full-time position. You’ll work in our Venice office Monday - Friday 9-6. You should be comfortable with CRM technology.
