If you are a seasoned inside sales manager seeking a financially rewarding growth opportunity by taking

We are a national real estate education business which specializes in small apartments (2-100 unit

properties). We are opening a satellite office in Venice from which you will direct and grow our

national inside sales team.

We buy & operate properties nationwide using our private equity fund, while also teaching our wealth

without landlording model to consumers.

Zero real estate experience is required. You bring your inside sales management & growth experience.

We’ll teach you our business. (If you’re interested in real estate investing for yourself, you’ll learn it

from the inside).

We’ve been in business for over 15 years and recognized for growth by Inc Magazine three times. As

our Inside Sales Manager, you’ll help take the company thru its next growth phase.

This is not for someone aspiring to be a sales manager but rather is already an experienced Inside Sales

Manager who’s looking for a new growth opportunity, along with the financial rewards.

You’ll collaborate with an experienced 3X Inc5000 CEO and the rest of the Leadership Team. You should

have minimum five years of sales management experience and a history of growth.

Minimum $100K first year comprised of base salary plus overrides on your team’s commissions. There

is no cap on your or your team’s commissions; we consider commission limits un-American.

You are creating your business within our business. All the pieces are in place. You just insert

leadership. If you don’t grow your compensation each month, this is just not a mutually good fit.

This is a full-time leadership position which will begin virtually and then shift physically to our new

satellite office in Venice.
