Security Officer needed for Oceanside shopping plaza

I am looking to hire an experienced and assertive guard for a shopping center in Oceanside. Guard must be able to communicate effectively, read and write reports in English, and be able to operate a smart phone and a computer as well, for reporting purposes. The center has an issue with vagrants so guard must not be complacent and has to be proactive and willing to assist or verbally advise transients to depart property if necessary. Professionalism is a must. Veteran owned company. Part Time are available for now four, 8 hour shifts per week. Must have a guard card, no exceptions. Looking to hire and train someone asap, the individual hired needs to be able to take direction and essentially self supervise. Shifts start mid-morning between 9am-to 1030am.
