Event Security Officer

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Security Officers for the upcoming Mustache Bash on Saturday, March 23rd in San Diego, CA and shifts for The Ironman 70.3 from March 31, 2024 to April 8, 2024 in Oceanside, CA. This 70's themed concert event will feature two stages, one inside and one outside at the Broadway Pier. With approximately 50 other security officers working alongside you, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of this one-day event.

Mustache Bash Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and performers

- Monitor access points, crowd control, and enforce event policies

- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies

- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues

- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees

Shifts Available:

- Shift 1: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

- Shift 2: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly Pay: $25 per hour

- Free meal ticket provided during your shift

- Choice between two options for parking:

- Reimbursement of up to $25 for parking expenses

- Paid 30-minute lunch break

- Payment will be made within 4 days after the event

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must possess a valid California Guard Card

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Prior security experience is preferred but not required

- Must be available to work on Saturday, March 23rd
