The Law Offices of Goldsmith & Hull is looking for a full-time Data Entry/Office Assistant to grow with our firm. We represent individuals and corporations who are owed money and help them recover it. We have a casual and friendly work environment.
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
Billing and reconciliations of bank statements
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtain authorization of payment.
Prepare financial reports by collections, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED.
Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency and curiosity.
Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus but not required)
