Abby Personal Care is hiring a Registered Nurse, this is a part time position with flexible hours. We pay premium wages to our employees and have a very friendly work environment.

Duties Included

Evaluate the client’s needs and preferences for services and make referrals to other services as appropriate.

Develop a plan of care for the client.

At least once every 50 to 60 days, the RN supervisor will visit each client’s home and, based on the home visit, complete the following activities::

Review and evaluate the client’s medical condition and medical needs per the written Plan of Care during the period in which care is being provided.

Determine whether the current level of services, including frequency and duration of service, continue to be appropriate to treat the client’s medical condition.

Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Expected salary $50.00 per hour
