PT Spa Coordinator

We are looking for a part-time Service Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at our health spa in downtown Madison, WI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening/closing the spa, answering phone calls, managing appointments using our booking software (Booker), light cleaning, and ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate would have at least one year of customer service experience, have some knowledge of the spa/beauty industry or be willing to learn, be detail-oriented, reliable, and be able to complete the required tasks with little to no supervision.

We are looking to fill between 8-15hrs/week (average), and this could include a variety of morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Schedule may vary by month and is made available two weeks prior to the start of the next month.
