Description Robert Half is looking for a CRM Expert to assist one of our clients in the non-profit sector. This position involves implementing and managing a database of customer contacts and communications, transferring data, making sure the data is 'clean' and up to date, and training other members of staff to use the system, work cross functionally and be responsible for managing and maintain various day-to-day business operations systems (i.e., financial, philanthropy and clinical systems) developing enhancements, improving workflows, and ensuring all systems are optimized and running effectively. This role will develop & manage reporting models, build out new workflows, and optimize our overall business processes. Along the way, you'll partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to support the growth and maturity of CRM technologies within our organization.
