What The Customer Service Representative Will Be Doing:

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence

Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer's wants and needs at the forefront

Accurately notate, complete, and file product order forms using an intense level of discretion while working with confidential customer information

Work with Customer Service Management and senior leadership to stay updated on product and service knowledge, compliance policies, and delivery/installation changes

Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared

Technologically savvy - You are comfortable working with new apps, software and can easily navigate through a tablet
