With our continued growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in the Mount Vernon, WA area.

Competitive Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000+ Annually

The Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing materials
Ensure all orders are completed to meet required deadlines
Keep all systems, files, logs, and inventory up-to-date and accurate
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, efficient warehouse environment
Perform quality inspections to ensure warehouse is in compliance and meeting all required guidelines
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1+ year(s) warehouse experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
Ability to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift a plus
Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time as needed
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and materials
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
