RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer 3 in Redmond, WA.Summary:We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our casual game studio. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and intuitive user experiences for our casual games. You will collaborate with the game development team, product managers, and stakeholders to understand player needs, design game mechanics, and create engaging user interfaces. You will use your creativity and design skills to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that will help bring our games to life.Responsibilities: UX Designer will conduct user research to understand player needs and preferences Design and iterate on game mechanics, player flows, and user interfaces Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate the experience and functionality Work closely with game developers to ensure the user experience is implemented to a high standard As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and player feedback Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights Help establish and maintain design standards for the studio Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging design patternsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related field At least 2 years of experience in UX design for mobile or web applications Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and problem-solving ability Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of game development and game design principles Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis is a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
