Septic Technician - Area Operator

Upfront Septic is looking for an experienced Septic Technician to become our Area Operator for Pierce County WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dreaming of being their own boss, while having a team who will manage all the marketing, brand building and reputation management.

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience as a septic pumper

- At least 2 years experience as a technician with familiarity of most maintenance and repair jobs

- Impeccable Customer Service Skills

- Proven track record of being able to loyalty (e.g. as an employee, as a spouse, as a partner, etc)

- Extremely motivated to build a business that you will co-own
