Salesforce AdministratorAAA WashingtonAAA Washington is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to provide administrative support for the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of multiple business lines including insurance, Travel, Membership, and Marketing. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with CRM or customer service/support systems and 2+ years' of business analyst, project management, or business operations experience. Previous Salesforce experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience and ability to obtain Salesforce Administrator Certification within 9 months of employment.Major responsibilities include:Configuring the Salesforce core platform and implementing features and functionality for a range of internal project stakeholders.Streamlining operational processes, evaluating data analytics, and supporting integration with other systems.Working closely with Salesforce product owners' business line leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure Salesforce features and functionality are built for scale and provide delivery of key insights and business processes.Perform Salesforce administration including SSO, infosec, and data privacy, page layouts, and object customization and automation.Offer expertise and help solve business problems with workable solutions.The American Automobile Association (AAA) has been a leader in roadside assistance, mobility advocacy and traffic safety for nearly 120 years, AAA Washington also operates a full-service travel agency and the largest independent personal-lines insurance agency in Washington.
