Pay: 30 - 35 per hour

Responsibilities:
Gaspar’s Sales Coordinator
Sales Support –
Maintain Calendly to perform initial lead calls to assign and schedule intake call for sales team member.
Send out reminder emails for sales team members initial intake call.
Update Builder Trend with additional information for team.
Maintain sales leads on Sales Leads form
Report weekly leads and referrals
Update and print Sales Booklets
Agendas for sales meeting
Customer Retention -works closely with Marketing Strategist on these items
Send out client for life program cards and gifts at specified times.
Create completion gifts for all completion celebrations. Check with sales each month for upcoming completions.
Track and report referrals coming in for service and sales. Thank referrals weekly with a card and gift card where appropriate.
Send referral thank you cards with gift card or gift.
Send Holiday greeting cards to top 750 clients/last 5 years (order in October)
Send Holiday E-cards to rest of client data base
Events – Plans in conjunction with Marketing Strategist and Sales Team
Plan one Sub-Appreciation breakfast each year
Organize monthly cooking events
Remodeled Home Tour
Remodeling Home Show
Reviews –
Request reviews weekly for Google my Business.
If review comes in through Google – cut and paste and ask to have it cross posted to Houzz through their platform.
Covering lunch/illness/vacation for front desk.
Additional staff support as requested.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in sales support or 1 year inside sales experience
- An ability to work independently
-Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to pass drug and background check.
-Excellent communication and phone skills
- Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
