As a Sales Consultant at Rainier Shade, you are at the heart of our mission to deliver extraordinary experiences. You will be the bridge between our heritage and our clients, helping them to discover products that not only elevate their spaces but also enrich their lives. This role is for those who are passionate about luxury and innovation, and who thrive on making genuine connections.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage and Inspire: Connect with residential and business clients to understand their needs and aspirations. Our clients are bright and informed, with your expertise, you will help to guide them through our collection of high-end awnings, pergolas, canopies, and motorized screens, helping them to visualize the transformation of their outdoor spaces and select the best product and configuration for their application.

Custom Solutions Crafting: Utilize your knowledge and creativity to design customized solutions that align with our clients' visions, ensuring an unmatched outdoor experience.

Capture the Details: Details are incredibly important since every product we offer is customized and configured to each specific project. Using your training and knowledge you will be the creator who determines the final fit and finish of each project.

Sales Excellence: Drive sales through a consultative approach, building relationships that turn prospects into lifelong patrons.

Heritage Advocates: Share the rich history and legacy of Rainier Shade, demonstrating how our roots influence our innovation and the unparalleled quality of our products.

Feedback Conduit: Be the voice of our customers within Rainier Shade, providing invaluable insights that help us continuously improve and innovate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Passionate about creating and selling luxurious outdoor living experiences.

Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in home improvement and/or luxury goods sector.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with a diverse range of clients.

Self-motivated with a drive for excellence and a desire to exceed targets.

A keen eye for design and aesthetics, capable of visualizing and proposing solutions that turn outdoor spaces into sanctuaries.

Strong aptitude for details, such as measurements.

Reliable transportation.

An appreciation for history and a desire to be part of a legacy that has been enhancing lives for over a century.
