KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

Effective planning and coordination with personnel and resources to consistently meet customer RMA turn time requirements.

Understand how to inspect, troubleshoot, test, and repair RMA items.

Competence in verifying assembly documentation accuracy, interpreting engineering drawings, and setting up and operating necessary equipment for RMA processes.

A commitment to training and skill development for RMA staff.

Maintaining accurate RMA records for both internal and customer review.

Strong communication skills for conveying RMA information to both internal teams and customers.

A proactive approach towards change and continuous improvement.

Establishing and upholding effective communication channels within the company.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the RMA process to guarantee timely and high-quality completion.

Adapt to new equipment, setups, and RMA procedures.

Deliver detailed descriptions of identified failures during the RMA process to assist in troubleshooting.

Engage with customers to provide updates on technical issues, failure analysis, and repair status.

Collaborate with management and support staff to address issues, implement changes, and drive process improvement.

Handle any additional duties or responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 2 years post High School education from a technical, junior or four year college or university; plus a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as; percent, rate, ratio, and basic algebraic equations.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Salary range: $70-100k

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
