Hope Clinic is a busy optometry/Vision Therapy practice w/an immediate need at the Front Desk. Experience w/EMR, knowledge of Crystal Practice Management and medical billing is desired. The ideal candidate is someone w/a friendly, positive can-do attitude, reliable, no drama, while practicing a healthy living style. Being a team player is an expectation.
Detail-oriented w/great communication and organizational skills, while demonstrating a passion for customer service is a must to be successful. We serve children and adults who experience vision-related learning and other vision dysfunctions, including Traumatic Brain Injury. You must have the ability to empathize w/patients possessing a wide range of cognitive/physical abilities, some w/Special Needs, Dyslexia, etc. Front desk tasks to include checking patients in/out, answering phones, performing triages, schedule/patient management, collecting payments and more. You must be thoroughly computer/technology savvy w/excellent verbal and written skills.
This is a Monday-Thursday opportunity for you while enjoying a 3-day weekend!
