Part Time for Floor Plan Measurer: AS-BUILT Drawings $35-50/hr

Local firm has a need for an as-needed floor plan measurer. You will set your own schedule and we will provide you with appointments that fit into your availability. Applicant must be highly experienced in creating as-built condition drawings of commercial and residential properties in CAD. Applicant must have the ability to create CAD drawings on-site using own mobile workstation and AutoCAD software. Taking measurements on paper and later transferring to CAD drawings is not acceptable. Must have or be able to acquire all required professional tools including laser tape measure, video recording device, mobile workstation etc.

Applicant must:

- Have a good understanding of building construction

- Be highly-proficient in CAD

- Have some availability during the weekdays to survey properties (please do not apply if you are looking for ONLY weekend appointments.)

- Be looking for a long-term part-time (as-needed "on call") position

- Have own vehicle to visit properties

- Be reliable and very detail oriented

This is a great, flexible opportunity for the right candidate.

Compensation: $35-$50 per hr plus $10 travel and $10 per diem
