We are a wholesale production bakery on a working farm. We produce baked packaged product for grocery stores, coffee stands, cafes and online sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares cookies, breads, granola, and other pastries, according to established recipes.
Gathers ingredients and other supplies from pantry as required for daily operations.
Mixes, bakes, wraps, labels product.
Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Follows all cleaning steps and regulations.
Follows food safety regulations at all times.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work while standing for an 8-10 hour shift.
Ability to move and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Able to frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good attitude and receptive to feedback.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Desire to grow as a baker and team member.
Engages with the team to make the work a positive experience.
Current food handlers permit or ability to get one.
Adaptable to a changing environment and able to take on new tasks as needed.
Reliable transportation to work.
Ability to work weekdays.
Part-Time Position, willing to train the right person if no baking experience.
