Office Manager/Event Coordinator

Office Manager and Event Coordinator for a 501(c)8 fraternal non-profit organization. Responsible for:

-Managing correspondence via e-mail

-Answering phones and taking messages

-Finding new clients to rent our Ballroom and Parkside

-Event coordination

-Meeting with potential guests/members and providing tours of the facilities

-Light janitorial work

-Other duties as assigned

Preferred skills/knowledge/attributes:

-Quickbooks on-line

-Microsoft 365

-Lifeguard certified (not a primary responsibility but as a back-up)

-People person

-Interest in Swedish/Scandinavian/Nordic cultures

-Flexible schedule (some late nights)
