Maintenance Technician Needed

Omni Maintenance Services seeks skilled/experienced Multi-Family and Lite Commercial maintenance staff. This position reports to our Maintenance Director. We have filled the Pierce County supervisor position. Omni requires you have mechanical, plumbing and lite electrical skills in multi-family and lite commercial maintenance.

We manage office buildings, apartments, commercial offices and several unique properties. We do not maintain any residential properties. Marina experience is a plus.

A company van will be provided. You will need to be legally able to drive in Washington State and pass a standard background check.

Skilled technicians should have their own basic tools and equipment to perform these functions. Omni has all other tools/equipment related to our practice areas. $35.00 plus per hour, based on what you bring to our team. We will also provide up to $500 per month for heath insurance costs

Taking morning calls from prospects between 7:30 am to noon and/or dropping an email to us with the goods. We are an equal opportunity employer.
