About Us:

Onelin Capital Corporation (OCC), through its property management arm Ori Residential, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our property management team. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will play a crucial role in the physical upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.

Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with the turnover of units, including minor repairs, painting, and cleaning.

Inspect various systems within buildings to ensure functionality.

Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.

Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and parts inventory.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service mindset.

Proven experience in a maintenance technician role.

Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.

Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.

Availability for on-call emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred.

Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

Salary:

$23 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
