Job Position : Oracle Technical Application Engineer Job Position : Oracle Functional Consultant Location: Seattle Washington (Initial Remote) Duration: 24+ Months Job Description for Oracle Technical Application Engineer

• The following activities are considered as part of the OFA support Services:.
• Provide 24x7 on call support to handle Sev 2 tickets. Provide periodic updates once every 4 hours until resolution. The duration of on call is for one week and repeats at recurring intervals.
• Deliver root cause fixes for the issues identified during on-call
• Work with Oracle on data sanity issues and deploy data fixes to production after testing in non- prod
• Collate requirements from FinOps (internal customer) for small rock enhancements, bugs, performance issues and fix the same in production.
• Perform unit and regression testing on any code change.
• Perform functional testing for procure to pay processes. Support SIT and UAT for customer and internal projects.
• Fix defects identified during unit testing, SIT and UAT. Provide pre and post launch support.
• Perform application patch analysis and apply in production.
• Provide support to customer teams for issues in Production; non-production environment.

The following Oracle eBS Modules are considered as part of the technical support scope of services:

• Accounts Payables/Payments
• SLA
• Procurement

Job Description for Oracle Functional Consultant

• Must have a strong functional Knowledge of the Oracle E-Busines Suite in a Multiple Organization and multiple set of books environment.
• Exp working with Oracle financial supporting more than two of the following applications: General Ledger, Cash management, Account Receivables.
• Exp in designing Oracle Financials in EU Countries and meeting Statutory Requirements.
• Exp with Low Level Ad-HOC query tools (Toad, SQL Plus) and a Working Knowledge SQL Experience.
• Exp analyzing data and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Exp in engaging Oracle Support to research resolve issues.
• Exp with Month Closure Activities.
