Janitorial Working Area Associate Lead - Poulsbo

FULL TIME Janitorial Working Area Associate Lead Mondays thru Fridays (6pm – 2am shift) up to 40 hours a week (variable hours)

Pay range: $22 - $24 per hour DOE

Must have extensive janitorial experience (training workers, problem solving, building inspections, safety compliance, computer literacy, processing paperwork/payroll timesheets/daily reports, applicant interviews, meetings, etc).

On occasion required to meet with customers (during the day), visit some daytime accounts and/or pick up supplies from company warehouse

Must be able to cover janitorial for sick call outs, vacations and open positions

As area associate lead, expected to drive own car to different accounts every night (coverages, inspections, follow ups on customer requests/complaints or workers, deliver supplies, emergencies) monthly car compensation provided and company gas card.

Must pass WSP and Federal background checks

Must be fluent in English and written English

Must have access to computer

Must have valid WA driver’s license, CLEAN driving record, own dependable insured vehicle (issued company gas card) and a monthly car allowance reimbursement

Company provided cell phone

Individual we’re looking for must know how to manage/train workers, problem solver, dependable, follows management instructions, a dedicated steward for the accounts assigned, detail oriented and prompt. Individual will report directly to Accounts Manager.
